- Develop a project implementation plan, implementation methods to ensure the project is completed on schedule.
- Project management:
+ Manage, monitor and supervise the progress to ensure that the project is implemented according to the scope and requirements according to the contract committed with the customer.
+ Quality management to ensure that the project is implemented in accordance with the quality committed to the customer.
+ Manage potential risks of the project and take timely handling measures when risks arise.
+ Report and update the status and progress of the Contract implementation.
