Job Description

Job details:
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the distribution system and propose solutions to optimize the distribution system of channels and optimize sales routes.
  • Propose and implement distribution system development strategy (RTM) for all channels, in line with the business model.
  • Building and implementing the management process for the implementation of the distribution system, the RTM implementation toolkit, and the RTM performance measurement/management indicators.
  • Analyze market data, evaluate P&L for each market before setting up a new distributor.
  • Check and evaluate the effectiveness of distributors, sales routes and propose solutions to the market.
  • Develop approval processes when opening/changing/improving/closing 1 Distribution Channel, 1 sales route.
  • Coordinate with departments in the process of implementing regional business strategies.
  • Fulfill the requirements of direct management.
Job requirements:
  • Male, University graduate or above.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position at FMCG companies.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG multi-product business market is preferred.
  • Data acumen and good data analysis skills. Formally use data analysis tools, DMS/SAP sales management software.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
