Receive customers and orders from the company's website, Fanpage, Zalo, and hotline channels (customer source from the company's online advertising activities, 100% of customers who call have a need to use the service)
Provide consultation, introduction and quotation to customers as requested and according to the company's sales process.
Take care of orders to close orders
Deploy documents and procedures related to sales services for customers.
Arrange orders according to the company's production and service process
Coordinate with the Design, Marketing, Administration, and Construction Team departments to successfully complete assigned tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Prefer Male/Female, from 23 - 35 years old, passionate about customer care, closing orders, and business activities
Graduated from College or higher in all majors
Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel
The company is equipped with main working facilities: Desktop computer, hotline phone, stationery...
