Processing
- Receive phone calls, process incoming call information.
- Consulting and answering all questions from customers and partners related to the company's business and sales activities, best meeting customer needs.
- Processing orders via email or phone.
- Check the accuracy of information in orders and invoices.
- Contact customers to collect missing information, and relevant departments to exchange information about orders being tracked.
- Control and handle complaint information from customers.
- Sales report: daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly as requested by Management.
- Support Pharmacy Representative: Provide sales data according to company regulations, handle customer complaints when sales go out to the information market.
- Control and manage sold goods, coordinate with the accounting department to check and urge debts and urge the business department to quickly collect debts.
- Manage documents and records of the sales department.
- Contact the Warehouse department/Logistics unit to ensure on-time delivery.
- Update knowledge about new products and features.
- Provide necessary documents for the Sales Department: Sales program, Certificate, contract,...
- Always ensure the storage of sales programs, order tracking, tracking the deadlines of product-related documents and reporting to the Sales Department.
- Perform administrative tasks such as drafting documents, notices, contracts, and quotes for the Sales City/Board of Directors for review and approval before issuance.
- Perform other tasks as required by Business Management.
