JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify new prospective channels and establish and develop important sales channels. Work closely with the company's relevant professional teams (such as Marketing, Product, Customer Care...) to maximize market access strategies to give customers a unique experience when using the company's Edtech products and services.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
- Collaborate with Company management to create a sales process and commission structure suitable for sales channels.
- Create indirect sales channels to ensure national distribution.
- Supervise online sales channels.
- Identify new potential sales channels.
- Collaborate with relevant company departments (Finance, Marketing, Customer Care, etc.) to develop a profitable sales commission structure.
- Establish criteria for evaluating each channel.
- Manage and supervise the activities of the assigned team to meet sales targets and grow the business in accordance with the Company's policies. Prepare periodic sales reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and a positive customer relationship.
