JOB DUTIES:
- Working in the e-commerce environment: Alibaba, B2B sites... and social networking sites Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp...
- Search, contact, approach, offer and take care of customers 100% online (mainly via chat)
- Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality and delivery time.
- No sales pressure
- Details will be discussed during interview and specific training on the job.
- WORK LOCATION: 3rd Floor, Sabay Building, 11A Hong Ha, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCM.
- Time: 10am - 6pm (Monday-Friday) (1 HOUR LUNCH BREAK)
REQUEST:
- Good English or better (work with 100% foreign customers)
- Graduated from university or college
- Priority is given to candidates who graduated from schools of Economics and Foreign Languages.
- Dynamic, responsible, enthusiastic, honest, proactive and able to work well under pressure
- Good work handling skills
RIGHT:
- Hard salary 7 million + sales salary, average monthly income from 12 million up to 40-50 million depending on ability (No sales pressure)
- 2 months probation
