- Perform maintenance and repair on delivered products including technical diagnosis/repair, installation, removal and customer call support.
- Assist in parts ordering, inventory and inventory control.
- Educate the user in the proper care and use of the copier, including telephone support, in-home training, and an explanation of the service performed.
- Manage parts inventory, call operations and perform related administrative tasks.
- Train customers on delivered products according to field procedures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate to complete projects
- Input work order and labor data into computer tracking system.
- Other duties as requested by immediate superior.
***General requirements:
- Have at least 1 year working experience in similar business field
- Have good technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills
- Strong planning and analytical skills
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Good organization, high sense of responsibility, team spirit
- Communicate in English for business trips
