1. Receive area - target - agent of the team in CN, organize sales of MiWon's products in the assigned sales channel, review and make a list of customers in the management area

2. Managing sales staff, agents directing all activities of the team according to their functions and powers, completing the targets set by the company

3. Urging debtors with the accounting department.

4. Support CNT-GRO to develop business plans and ensure stable and effective business activities in assigned areas

5. Monitor sales and support targets for each employee, ensuring that each individual in the team accomplishes the goal

6. Allocate markets, customers and personnel according to the direction of PKD, take full responsibility for the maintenance and development of business in the assigned area.

7. Manage all activities of the team under the direction of CNT- GDKV

8. Make reports on business activities in the region and report to management (CNT-GDKD-PKH) weekly - monthly

9. Set up daily, weekly and monthly sales targets - sales targets for each sales associate in terms of business goals - KPI targets, new customer acquisition targets

Building sales routes in the region to ensure the stable operation of agents - NVBH (sales route of NVBH in agents)
