Job duties
- Always ready to welcome guests to practice with a smiling, cheerful and friendly attitude.
- Ability to guide visitors to the gym, introduce and explain the services and equipment of the Gym. Guide guests to do basic exercises according to the schedule.
- Have good skills in consulting customers on selling training packages, assisting coaches in selling Premium contracts
- Ensure the arrangement and hygiene of the working area is always neat, clean, tidy and ready for work in accordance with the Company's regulations.
- Assist the Manager in allocating work schedules for employees in the group.
- Participating in the assessment of qualifications, monitoring and making suggestions on training to improve the qualifications of the trainees.
- Customer care.
- Respect all customers, no discriminatory attitude.
- Build and maintain good relationship with internal and external customers.
- Receive guest complaints and report to management.
- Always be gentle and gentle while talking to guests, colleagues as well as on the phone.
- Know how to control and restrain unnecessary conversations in your work area.
- Know how to behave wisely and give sincere suggestions to customers to comply with the rules of the Gym.
- Can explain and inform guests about the services available in the Spa (or call a consultant to advise guests).
