Job Description

WORK CONTENT:
  • Understand clearly the production process
  • Clearly grasp the production stages in the team
  • Understand the names of the company's products
  • Control and coordinate work and personnel in the team according to company instructions
  • Ensure quantity, quality and delivery time on schedule
  • Request and recommend supplies to ensure no interruption of work within the team
  • Perform work and print stamps according to orders
  • Every day, check and install complete sets for new and ongoing orders
  • Twice a day, 1 round of quality inspection in the Painting and Printing teams
  • Daily reports, personnel reports, packaging reports with the number of boxes made for each order at the end of the order
  • Make sure the packaging area is always neat, clean, and clearly separate places for products to avoid product mix-ups
  • Daily timekeeping for the packaging team
  • Perform other tasks requested by superiors (when necessary)
