Job details- Customer care through call and email channels, receiving and handling service issues and customer complaints when using electronic apps.
- Support, advise, and answer information related to the electronic app services provided.
- Other tasks as requested by customers and management.
- Will train and get a job after Tet (February 22, 2024)
Candidate requirements- Having more than 3 months of Telesales or Customer Service experience, having BPO experience is an advantage
- Basic computer use.
- Confident, serious and progressive in work
- WITHSTAND HIGH PRESSURE ON PROCESS AND WORKLOAD
Right- Income: from 6,800,000 - 8,000,000 VND/Month.
- If there is OT incurred during the month => Income: 10,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND/Month.
- Training within 15 days, probationary salary will be calculated if you pass the test.

Working time Monday - Saturday (from 08:00 to 17:00)

Shift S5: 11:00 – 19:00
Shift S6: 12:00 – 20:00
Shift C1: 14:00 – 22:00
Shift C2: 14:30 – 22:30
