Welcome and perform check-in and check-out procedures for residents.
Provide information about the hotline and utility services of the building.
Regular cleaning of rooms according to regulations, cleaning of residents' rooms according to the assigned schedule. Ensure cleanliness and standards.
Ensure cleanliness of common spaces and public areas.
Support transportation and delivery of goods for residents.
Handle residents' requests promptly and efficiently with a friendly, courteous demeanor.
Immediately report problems or complaints of residents to the management level if no action is taken.
Promptly detect loss, damage and immediately report to management level for handling.
Carry out detailed and complete handover after the shift.
Maintain and store equipment, tools, tools clean.
Check and store equipment, tools, tools neatly and in the right place.
Perform other duties as directed by Manager.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
12/12 graduate and related degree
Experience in housekeeping / housekeeper (hospitality industry is an advantage)
Hardworking, hardworking, honest, careful, enthusiastic and good team support
The job requires high discipline and always has a positive attitude
Skilled in task management, planning & progress reporting
Good customer service skills will be needed to ensure the comfort of guests during their stay at the apartment
WORKING TIME:
Rotating shift: According to the arrangement of the Manager
Night shift (preferably male): 1-2 days a week, from 20:00 to 08:00 the next morning
Working locations at branches will be prioritized for those who are close to home (District 1, District 3, Tan Binh District, Binh Thanh District, District 2 ...)
