- Planning, analyzing and implementing customer care activities.
- Develop and monitor compliance with customer care and guidance procedures related to the clinic's medical examination and treatment activities.
- Participating in receiving management activities, cashiers, upsale activities outside the hospital
- Customer care & support before, during and after the examination.
- Learn, capture customer needs, successfully consult products and services through reception channels: Hotline/Facebook/Website/Zalo….
- Actively contact consulting products, services, promotions to old customers.
- Other tasks as required by management.
