1. Job description

• Specializing in caring for and connecting with old customers
• Plan and come up with ideas to develop the customer care department
• Research customer needs, coordinate with relevant departments to develop appropriate care plans to keep customers coming back
• Perform other tasks as requested by superiors

2. Job requirements

• Have at least 2 years experience working in a similar position
• Experience in the service industry is preferred
