1. Offering and bidding, storing information related to the bidding and bidding process
2. Execute the contract, participate in the contract negotiation process
3. Purchase and track orders:
4. Import and export: Drafting import and export documents including: foreign trade contracts, commercial invoices, PO, Packing list...
5. Supervise, train and manage the Sales Support team - HCM Office
REQUEST
1. Graduated from University of Commerce, Foreign Trade or equivalent
2. Experience: 2-5 years working in a similar position
3. Can withstand high pressure at work, can work overtime when meeting deadlines
4. Careful, honest, diligent, willing to learn
5. Business English and Communication
6. Understanding Incoterms and Logistic
7. Willing to learn new knowledge, especially in the field of technical equipment
8. Agile, eager to learn, and willing to stay with the company for a long time.
