- Thorough understanding of B2B sales channels such as Department Stores, Restaurants/Hotels, Schools/Companys, Supermarkets/Stores, Pubs/Pubs
- Support the sales team to achieve sales targets, open sales points, take care of customers.
- Searching for customers and developing sales in the area they are in charge of.
- Implement the sales program according to the company's budget.
- Manage and ensure the distribution of goods in accordance with the signed business contract.
- Set up sales routes to ensure maximum performance
- Supervising the implementation of pricing policies and sales programs in accordance with the Company's regulations.
- Consolidate reports on business results, customer care to higher management.
- Recruiting and training the sales team that I manage.
- Evaluate regional KPI results
