Work content:
- Advising on the development of regulations and rules on fire prevention and fighting.
- Deploying and managing fire fighting for units throughout the company.
- Coordinate with the Fire Department to develop and practice fire fighting and rescue plans.
- Responsible for security management & control.
- Develop and implement regulations related to security.
- Monitor compliance with standards on fire protection and security. Organize periodical assessment of employees under the company on fire protection and security.
- Prepare & receive assessment teams on CSR, Security…. at the request of customers.
- Prepare & receive inspection and inspection teams of state agencies on fire safety.
- Make remedial plans and monitor the remedial status of records related to fire protection and security.
- Control and manage the company's surveillance camera system.
- Attend training classes/workshops related to fire protection, security...
- Manage and supervise the security team
- Have a relationship with government agencies
- Instruct and train the staff below
- Maintain records and documents in the field of responsibility.
- Perform other related procedures in the field of responsibility
Job requirements:
- Graduated from Intermediate/College or higher or participated in professional training courses on fire prevention and security.
- Thorough understanding of fire prevention and fighting laws & requirements on security standards (GSV, C-TPAT, SCAN ...)
- Knowledge of customer standards such as Adidas, PVH, Disney...
- Understand the profession and manage and supervise the security team
- 3-5 years of working experience in a similar manufacturing company
- Creation of office informatics
