Job description
- Responsible for managing the debt collection team over the phone, ensuring timely and effective debt collection, meeting the company's set targets.
- Arrange working schedule for you Debt recovery over the phone
- Make periodical reports on debt collection status of the team
- Statistics, analysis and assessment of debt recovery quality
- Identify, detect fraud cases, risks and report to superiors
- Orientation and training for debt collectors by phone
- Provide effective debt recovery solutions
- Coordinate with other teams to solve problems when necessary
- And other tasks assigned by direct superiors
Candidate Requirements
- Graduating from college or higher
- 2 years of experience in the position of Debt Recovery Team Manager
- Have knowledge and understanding of Fintech technology
- Team management, time management, problem solving skills
- Have knowledge about commenting and evaluating people, effective team management
- Sense of responsibility, proactive in work
- The spirit of readiness, good cooperation with colleagues to accomplish the company's goals
- Experience in team management, building team spirit
