1 . Technical implementation of projects
- Responsible for the overall technical in the integrated deployment of network and security solutions according to the contract the company signed with the customer. Ensure the implementation is on schedule and with the highest quality.
- Assign work to team members to implement projects, directly participate in implementation if necessary. Monitor progress and results of work done by team members.
- Coordinate with PM, PA and AM staff in charge of contracts, promptly propose and handle problems arising during project implementation.
- Coordinating with partners, solution providers to write technical documents, configure detailed quotations.
- Coordinating with technical experts of solution providers to write Technical Documents, Response Statements for bidding documents.
- Performing technical knowledge training for customers including preparing textbooks, directly teaching theory and practice, testing and evaluating results...
- Manage department files and documents.
- Carry out the tasks directed by the Head of Department in the related field.

2. Team management and development
- Develop and improve the technical capacity of each member and the whole team through job orientation, guidance and proposal of appropriate training programs. Proposing the recruitment of personnel for the group in accordance with the job requirements.
- General management of the work performed by the team: Assign work, monitor and promptly handle problems and evaluate achieved results.
- Regularly evaluate the capacity and work results of the members, promptly propose appropriate remuneration policies according to the evaluation results.
- Communication skills with customers.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize problems, handle situations in deployment.
- Teamwork skill.
- Read and understand specialized English documents.

- Preference will be given to candidates with 03 experience working in a similar position in companies implementing IT system integration.
- Experience in implementing basic network and security solutions:

+ Firewall/Next-gen Firewall solutions of Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, Paloalto, Fortinet...
- Advantages when having experience in implementing advanced security solutions such as: Web Application Firewall, DB Firewall, SIEM, SoC, Application & DB Monitoring solutions.
- Ability to deploy VoIP solutions, Video Conference (Cisco, Avaya, Polycom, ...)
- Priority is given to candidates with certificates of CISCO, Juniper, Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet...
