first . Technical implementation of projects
- Take overall technical responsibility for the integrated implementation of network and security solutions according to the contract the company signs with customers. Ensure implementation on schedule and with the highest quality.
- Assign work to team members to implement projects, directly participate in implementation if necessary. Monitor progress and results of work performed by team members.
- Coordinate with PM, PA and AM officers in charge of contracts, promptly propose and handle problems that arise during project implementation.
- Coordinate with partners and solution providers to write technical documents and create detailed configurations for quotes.
- Coordinate with technical experts of the solution provider to write Technical Documents and Response Statement for bidding documents.
- Carrying out technical knowledge training for customers including preparing textbooks, directly teaching theory and practice, testing, evaluating results...
- Manage department records and documents.
- Carry out instructions from the Head of Department in related fields.

2. Team management and development
- Develop and improve the technical capacity of each member and the entire team through work orientation, guidance and recommending appropriate training programs. Propose recruitment of personnel for the group in accordance with job requirements.
- General management of the work performed by the team: Assign work, monitor, promptly handle problems and evaluate achieved results
- Regularly evaluate members' capabilities and work results, promptly propose appropriate remuneration policies according to evaluation results.

* Experience:
- Priority is given to candidates with 03 experiences in equivalent positions in companies implementing IT system integration.
- Experience in implementing basic network and security solutions:
+ Layer 2/3 Switch, Router for LAN/WAN, Datacenter from popular brands such as Cisco, Juniper, Check Point, Trend Micro...
+ Firewall/Next-gen Firewall solutions from Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, Paloalto, Fortinet...
- Advantage when having experience implementing advanced security solutions such as: Web Application Firewall, DB Firewall, SIEM, SoC, Application & DB Monitoring solutions.
- Able to deploy VoIP, Video Conference solutions (Cisco, Avaya, Polycom, ...)
- Priority is given to candidates with certificates from CISCO, Juniper, Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet...
