Job Description

* Job description
1. Responsible for building and developing the Department of Health Care
- Improve the quality of customer care services, improve the ability to reach customers and provide solutions to increase customer satisfaction about the company's services and products.
- Research, evaluate and improve service quality in the regions.
- Be proactive in solving customer-related issues according to the company's process.
- Build a system to store customer feedback and questions
- Develop processes and policies and constantly come up with new solutions and ideas to improve the quality of customer service.
- Working with customers, receiving feedback and handling customer complaints.
- Receive and solve daily problems and errors during operation.
- Make a judgment of compensation for problems related to product and service quality during operation.
2. Responsible for training and coaching on skills of health care staff
- Develop a set of documents on customer care processes and skills
- Recruiting, training, coaching, standardizing and synchronizing the quality of health care
3. Advise the Board of Directors on the service quality system.
* Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: University graduate or above
- Good communication, negotiation and negotiation skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Mastering the professions related to customer service
- Able to manage, lead, organize the implementation of business plan and control all activities of Customer Service Department
- Good training skills
- Good thinking, quick and timely handling of arising problems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team; Under pressure at work
- Fluency in information technology office
- Chinese communication is an advantage
