Hiring: Head of Training Department.
I. Job Description:
Operational management of the training room
Conduct internal faculty coordination
Manage the plan, quality, progress of training courses
Recruit training department personnel if any
Coordinating work with the training department of the corporation.
Work directly with customer partners to close training contracts
Building and improving the system of Training rooms
II. Request:
Require candidates graduated from Universities in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines, Priority: Male
- Proficient in using office software (excel, word, powerpoint)
- Ability to organize internal events, Team Building.
- Ability to create content.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, loves social and collective activities: sports, arts, ...
- Sociable, agile, able to connect with others.
- Working experience: experience in training or management of training, knowledge of construction industry is an advantage.
