- Product design (1-page brief, Class concept, Agenda Flow, Theory templates, Exercise templates, Student experience.
- Collaborate effectively with lecturers and experts to refine content, providing an engaging and inspiring learning experience for students.
- Complete the product, ensure the accuracy of the content and suitability for training goals.
2. Ensure the quality of the learning experience
- Support building and sharing specialized blogs, ebooks, case studies with the Marketing team for students to learn more deeply.
- Update the latest news and trends in the field related to the course.
- Support students in answering questions and solving problems encountered before, during and after the course.
- Participate in discussions and answer questions in CASK's student community (Brand, Trade Marketing, E-commerce).
3. Make sure the classroom message is engaging
- Together with the Marketing and Sales departments, build a unified message for advertising and create appropriate sales stories to attract potential students.
- Reflect CASK's culture and core values in learning content, creating a seamless experience for students.
- Convey accurate information and meet student expectations honestly.
4. Professional Cooperation
- . Work closely with instructors and experts to understand course goals and requirements.
- Listen to feedback from instructors and students, improve content to keep it up to date.
- Contribute with a team of lecturers and experts to create high-quality courses.
5. Evaluate and Improve the effectiveness of course content and experience
- Survey students to evaluate course experience and effectiveness.
- Use quality indicators and evaluation criteria to measure training effectiveness.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses and propose solutions to improve course quality
