1. Recruiting and coordinating teachers and teaching assistants: Assigning teaching and working at centers and high schools.
2. Manage a team of teachers, guide and support when necessary, help teachers develop their abilities and maintain the best teaching standards.
3. Responsible for training and improving teachers' teaching skills: monitoring training, observing lessons to improve the quality of teacher teaching, planning teacher training content, and creating framework lesson plans for teaching students according to their N5-N3 competencies and the JLPT certification exam roadmap.
4. Responsible for the quality of student training at centers and high schools.
5. Responsible for tasks given by the Board of Directors and building working procedures and procedures for opening official experience classes at the Japanese Room.
6. Make monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans to evaluate the quality of teachers in their expertise and work operations.
7. Organize training activities according to the budget approved by the Board of Directors
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate or higher (required)
- Japanese language ability: N2 or higher (required)
- Management skills; Training skills; Teaching skills; Presentation and public speaking skills;
- At least 2-3 years of equivalent experience.
