Job Description

SAGOWIN Corporation needs to recruit Sales Manager for Southern, Central and Northern branches
1. Responsibilities:
- Managing sales staff, recruiting - training sales staff.
- Ensuring revenue targets according to assigned targets, assigning targets to sales staff.
Establish a customer-specific approach and train employees.
- Attend sales seminars and meetings held in the region
- Receive feedback from customers, report, together with superiors to process information, read commercial newsletters.
- Find more new sales representatives, train new sales representatives, go on business trips with new sales representatives, help the company develop a sales plan.
- Customer reception: Invite customers to have lunch, refreshments, dinner, party, golf, fishing, tennis
- Being able to go on a business trip to the province, not having to worry about family
- Discover potential customers. Directly dealing with customers to introduce and sell products. Perform contract and liquidation related work. Collect information about customers and markets to build a database for the room. Taking care of customers and finding potential customers.
- Marketing: New business development, earnings forecast and assessment of competitive, customer and market information, Sales by face-to-face, Selling to customers on their own, Calling phone to sell with a personal salesperson.
- Finance: Make a budget plan and submit it to the Business Director/Deputy Director for consideration. Follow the company's budget plan.
- Track the customer contact process of each salesperson, compile contact reports, give remedial directions, improve contact methods and re-train employees.
- Planning the operation of the whole channel, approving the work plan of each salesperson for monthly and weekly work.
- Reviewing wholesale contracts from sales staff, checking the performance, reporting to the Sales Manager for comments to submit to the Board of Directors for approval of the sales contract. In case the contract is approved, the implementation will be organized (assigned to the salesperson to organize the implementation), monitor and check the contract performance, and liquidate the contract.

Power:
- Proposing recruitment, discipline, reward, salary increase, transfer, and licensing of affiliated employees.
- Have the right to receive and mobilize personnel within the sales channel.

3. Authorization report: Report work directly to the Business Director/Deputy Director, in absence, re-authorize the subordinate staff.
4. Benefits:
Salary: Negotiable according to candidate's ability + commission (Total income from tr)
