- Developing strategies and plans to develop customer systems.
- Build, train, manage, guide and support the sales team to ensure work efficiency and team development.
- Participate directly in searching, consulting, supporting, taking care of customers, promoting information about Real Estate products distributed by the Company.
- Advise the Floor Director of solutions to deploy business sales.
- Proposing marketing plans, monitoring, implementing, sales campaigns.
- Collect market information, analyze the market, competitors, advise the Board of Directors in making appropriate sales policies in each period.
- Responsible for sales before the Board of Directors
- Report daily, weekly and quarterly work to Floor Director
Job requirements
- Graduated from High School or higher. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
