Job Description

Work content:
- Managing and general management of activities related to business development of the Sales Department to ensure revenue at the Branch.
– Planning, building business strategies for the Branch, implementing business products, developing revenue, new customers, taking care of customers.
– Build, develop and manage the system of potential and existing customers.
- Directly responsible for directing, assigning work, inspecting and training professional skills and skills for sales staff.
- Organizing and implementing sales channels, sales and marketing programs.
- Implement and urge the implementation of the monthly/quarterly/yearly sales plan.
– Coordinate with departments to resolve customer complaints (if any) and regularly perform customer care tasks.
– Collect, synthesize, analyze, evaluate market information, customer needs, information about competitors and make suggestions and recommendations.
– Advise and support the Board of Directors in business activities to achieve the Corporation's targets.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Director.

Job requirements
- Graduated from domestic and foreign university or higher, majoring in: Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics or other related majors.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in large companies (In the field of construction, electronics, telecommunications, information technology is an advantage).
+ Strong leadership and planning skills.
+ Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
+ Ability to identify, evaluate and analyze the market.
+ Proficient in the use of office software.
+ Responsible for production and business activities before the Board of Directors.
