I. JOB DESCRIPTION - Searching for new customers, recruiting junior sales, contacting agents (conditional).
- Sales and collection of money to achieve assigned sales targets;
- Comply with the sales process, operating regulations of the Company, sales team;
- Proposing market development plans, key products suitable to the market;
- Visiting and taking care of customers daily according to assigned sales routes;
- Perform competitor analysis, products in the same industry; Coordinate with superiors to propose sales solutions to increase sales;
- Making sales reports, meeting periodically at the request of superiors;
II. WORK PURPOSE- Propose effective plans and solutions to promote the consumption of products, goods and services of the company to achieve the set revenue and profit targets.
- Develop a new source of potential customers for the business, while maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
- Research and collect market information in order to conduct research and improve existing products and services to meet the ever-changing needs of the market.
- Giving opinions and suggestions to management on measures to ensure the most effective and fastest distribution of products and services of the company and enterprise to the market.
