Processing
- Search, cooperate with sales agents, brokers
- Work with agents, brokers, customers to promptly solve arising problems, handle complaints, lawsuits and disputes (if any)
- Researching the market, competitors, building a business plan strategy for the company's real estate project
- Build and manage an effective sales team
- Organize sales deployment
- Report weekly, monthly/quarterly/yearly as prescribed and ad-hoc (if any)
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
