Head of Real Estate Sales Department (District 2) at Ho Chi Minh City - đầu Tư Truyền Thông Và Quảng Cáo Massgroup
Develop, train and manage the staff of the Sales Department
Develop a business plan for the department and ensure its execution
Responsible for quarterly/yearly sales targets
Request:
Graduating from college or higher
At least 02 years of experience in the position of Sales Executive and 01 year in a similar position in the field of real estate
Passion and enthusiasm for the profession
Good knowledge of real estate industry
Understand the provisions of law in real estate business activities
Good communication skills, problem solving skills, good situational skills, ability to build good relationships with service providers
Have creative thinking and give ideas to improve professional work
Sensitivity and understanding of the market
Welfare:
Income: Fixed salary: VND/month + Commission based on project or higher
Review and approve annual salary increase (according to performance and nature of work)
