JOB DESCRIPTION
- Researching the market, finding and building new potential customers.
- Managing and operating the sales department, planning and orienting employees to increase sales.
- Implementation of the company's marketing programs.
- Some other tasks as requested by the floor director.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate management in a similar position, preferably those with available troops.
- Dynamic, highly responsible, passionate about business and able to work under pressure
- Possess good management, business planning and persuasion skills.
