- Market research, identify potential markets and market fluctuations.
- Analyze the behavior & needs of customers and competitors and make plans to coordinate with the Marketing Communications & Marketing Department effectively.
- Approve, control, and take responsibility for programs, plans, and cost estimates related to business, make forecasts of business situation and revenue and expenditure estimates.
- Synthesize, build, manage, allocate business targets and be responsible for implementing committed targets of groups & manage business personnel under the department.
- Carry out reports and other tasks as assigned by superiors.
