Job description
1. Team building and development:
- Coordinate with Sales Director to recruit and forecast personnel needs
- Regularly communicate with employees to understand the strengths and aspirations of each employee and have appropriate development orientation
2. Organization, planning and training:
- Organize training to improve sales skills, consulting skills for employees
- Monitor employee performance to ensure employees apply the skills trained
- Define business goals and development direction of the department
- Manage department activities to ensure work progress and efficiency
3. Personal development:
- Participate in the company's senior training programs to improve financial knowledge as well as develop management skills
- Research and understand the market to come up with appropriate development strategies

Candidate Requirements
- Age 30 - 45 years old
- Graduated from College, University or higher
- At least 3 years of working experience, including 1 year as a manager.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in sales/customer care in the fields of tourism, insurance, finance, banking, and real estate.
