1. Job details
- Responsible for developing and implementing the department's business plan.
- Develop and organize the implementation of market, customer, price policies...
- Organize searches and offers for international freight forwarding services to partners and customers.
- Make plans to reach potential customers, new customers, maintain service provision for old customers.
- Build and develop the department's customer system to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Manage and train department members to implement assigned business plans.
- Other tasks as requested by the Director.
2. Mandatory requirements
- Have 2 years or more of Sales management experience in the field of Logistics or import-export (Required).
