- Plan and implement business activities: propose KPIs, orient how to work, remove difficulties, and propose solutions to solve difficulties.
- Manage and supervise sales staff and collaborators and promote business activities to achieve business targets.
- Consulting customers on products to book rentals, pay deposits, and sign contracts.
- Support consulting staff and close transactions.
- Update market information, quickly grasp customer needs.
- Attract, select, and engage sales staff to ensure numbers
- Coaching and training knowledge/skills for the team.
- Create motivation and working spirit for staff
- Report the group's work to the Department Head/Board of Directors

- Male/female, age 22 - 40 years old
- Priority is given to candidates with experience of 1 year or more
- Graduated from Intermediate level or higher.
