Job description
1. Make a plan and organize the implementation of a business plan for real estate software products;
2. Surveying the market and competitors, thereby formulating an appropriate market development plan;
3. Participate in the recruitment process, set goals and monitor the performance of Sales Professionals;
4. Maintain a staff of Sales Department from 5 to 8 sales specialists;
5. Professional training and coaching, basic skills for specialists;
6. Make periodical reports to the Division Director.
Job requirements
1. Having at least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
2. Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in the field of software business Real Estate, Finance;
3. Presentation skills, communication skills, negotiation skills;
4. Ability to build and develop partnerships;
5. Ability to train and inspire team members.
