2. Job description:
- Develop plans and implement vehicle sales targets of the department and group.
- Synthesize and analyze markets, products, and competitors.
- Receive and deploy sales and product policies to the business department.
- Manage and support car sales agents.
- Compile weekly reports of sales teams. Manage and control customer information at the unit.
- Assign, assign tasks, and monitor work implementation, processes, regulations, and sales policies of sales groups.
- Support and directly participate in solving problems in sales activities of employees and departments.
- Manage and maintain relationships with customers, partners of the department and the Company.

3. Job requirements:
- Qualification: College graduate or higher, major in economics or engineering
- Experience: 03 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive industry
- Foreign language: English communication
- Informatics: Proficient in office informatics
