1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Song Hanh Advertising Trading Investment Joint Stock Company is a company operating in the field of supplying and manufacturing advertising gifts, corporate gifts and creative services and solutions for Marketing and Branding for businesses.

- Plan and execute individual and department business plans:
• Search for new customers and develop relationships with old customers (if any).
• Make business plans, weekly reports and implement customer development plans.
• Monitor and interact with customers, suppliers, shipping units, etc.
- Manage and develop the department's sales staff.
• Guide and train sales staff effectively
• Develop employees' sales skills, motivate employees to work according to the department's common goals and company goals.

2. BENEFITS:
• Basic salary: Deal based on ability +% commission
• Working hours are from 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday, Saturday from 8:00 - 12:00.

3. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
• Gender: Female, 26 – 35 years old. Have business experience in all fields (B2B).
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a department manager position. Priority in the field of gifts and promotional gifts.
• Ability to develop teams.
• Graduated from college or university.
• Good communication skills, quick analysis and handling of situations, ability to negotiate with customers.
• Passionate about business, constantly learning and developing capacity, able to work independently, in groups and withstand high pressure.
