I. Job Description:
1. Management of sales activities:
- Implement monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans: assign tasks, control & support sales of the staff in the department. Continually create, explore and improve sales methods to achieve and exceed targets.
- Responsible for assigned business targets.
2. Employee management:
- Managing a team of marketing sales staff at the branch.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide appropriate support and adjustments.
3. Planning and reporting:
- Make monthly, quarterly and yearly sales plans and propose directions and solutions to direct management.
- Monitor and analyze business performance parameters, propose system & expertise solutions to improve business performance.
4. Recruitment and training:
- Coordinate with Human Resources department to support recruitment, training and employee attraction.

- Income: Solid salary (upto 25 million) + Business bonus + Bonus for employees who achieve KPIS.
- Average income is from 20 to 30 million VND/month.

III. Job requirements:
- Graduated from College (Major in Business Administration, Marketing, and related disciplines is an advantage).
- Used to do Direct sales and most recently managed the Direct sales team to develop the market.
- Living or working in the area for many years.
- Good communication skills, negotiation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to train and guide team members.
