⛔ Job description:
* Develop marketing and communication strategies for the company, business strategies, Marketing, PR during the year and each period of the year, holidays, New Year, peak, off-peak, etc.
* Build tours and service packages to attract customers.
* Plan to collect customers monthly, quarterly, and combine with other travel companies to cooperate.
* Responsible for deploying to lower levels and managing members of your department in recruiting and training personnel.
* Manage monthly sales competition among employees
* Establish good relationships with partner companies and customers.
=> Required Experience & Skills:
– Male, female Graduated from college or university majoring in tourism, marketing, business administration, foreign trade, economics, etc.
– Have more than 2 years of experience in a similar position (Do not accept applications without experience)
– Have communication and customer persuasion skills.
– Good skills and passion for the position applied for, set KPI goals.
– Proficient in using office computers (Excel, word, Internet, Email...).
– Understand online sales tools
– Foreign language: fluent English communication.

Salary from 10 to 15 million depending on ability + % commission based on sales + Bonus if sales are achieved
