Directly responsible to the Director of the Company for the operation and efficiency of the sales department
Responsible for planning, organizing the implementation and reporting the results of the implementation of the Company's business plans
Research, advise and develop solutions to maintain and promote business activities
Managing, operating and supervising the work of employees in the sales department
Coordinate with HR department in recruiting and training sales department staff
Finding and developing relationships with potential customers and partners
Negotiate and sign contracts
