a. Strategic planning and business plan:
- Planning market development strategies and export business plans, expanding markets in Asia, Europe, Middle East.
- Organize the implementation of approved business policies and plans in each period and periodically report to the Board of Directors.
- Capturing competitor's situation, analyzing and forecasting consumption situation, proposing measures to expand products, markets and customers.
- Allocate sales to each export market according to the business department's goals and operating plans.
- Manage and develop export sales team, customer service team & customs operations.
b. Sales supervision and debt collection:
- Supervising and supporting the sales team to complete the set plan.
- Take good care of old market and expand new market.
- Taking care of and solving problems arising in terms of goods quality, product specifications, delivery and delivery risks;
- Implementation of promotions, incentives... for customers as directed by the Board of Directors.
- Ensure that customers' debts are fully recovered and within the limit according to the company's regulations.
c. Other jobs:
- Control and implement import - export procedures.
- Implement ad-hoc and periodical reporting regimes.
- Manage, guide and develop the sales team in the group.
- Developing new products, suppliers, diversifying products
- Consult and negotiate with customers about the import demand of the Company's products such as: Price, Product Specifications..., Logistic requirements (transportation - receipt, delivery time, etc.) goods…) as well as related contents (payment method, payment time...);
- Receive orders, coordinate with specialized departments to monitor and urge orders with arising problems of payment, insurance, delivery and delivery to ensure on schedule;
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Manager and Board of Directors.
