- The distributor receives information from Customer Care and Agents. Allocate cv, supervise technical activities of Technicians.
- Consulting and handling installation/Warranty situations when installation technicians encounter difficulties/problems
+ Monitoring / logistical support of technicians' work.
+ Report difficult situations to superiors and handle them according to the agreed plan
+ Evaluation of product quality in batches, error rate statistics. Proposing weekly and monthly product improvement plans
+ Make daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Training product knowledge / expertise for Company Technicians and Dealer Technicians.
- Responsible for compiling documents and training installation/repair techniques for technical staff when required.
+ Make monthly training reports
- Training process/instructions - Responsible for training auditors on working procedures
