Job description
- Make marketing strategies for the company's products according to each campaign, sales program by month, quarter and year.
- Analyze data to find Insight of customers, industries, competitors. From there, establish a product portfolio strategy suitable for the region and locality.
- Planning and implementing Marketing campaigns to ensure Revenue, Marketing, and Communication goals.
- Develop creative and content strategies to attract new and existing customers.
- Planning and implementing multi-channel MKT campaigns: Zalo, Facebook, Google, Youtube, Tiktok, App...
- Budget planning and management according to Marketing strategy.
- Build an effective measurement system for KPIs on all platforms to determine the Win formula.
- Directly coordinate with Sales Director, adjust to increase efficiency, ensure revenue target
- Direct connection with partners
Candidate Requirements
- Experience from 10 years or more in the field of Digital marketing/Branding/FBads
- Each Leadteam with more than 20 employees, managing multi-departmental teams (MKT, Design, Video, SEO...)
- Developed a product marketing strategy with a budget of 2 billion/month or more
- Dynamic, creative, sharp marketing thinking
- Proactive, detailed, high sense of responsibility
- Willing to learn and develop yourself
