first. Responsible for the organization, operation and management of the Equipment Management Department.
2. Management of machinery, equipment, tools and supplies. Store all records of machinery, equipment , tools and tools of the Company .
- Advise and be responsible for organizing the implementation of plans and activities related to investment, management, exploitation, hire purchase, operation supervision, maintenance, repair, upgrade, transfer , inventory, monitor increase and decrease, check and confirm the safety status of machinery, equipment, tools during construction .
- Presiding over planning _ timely transfer and mobilize equipment to meet quality and schedule requirements; ensure thrift practice.
- Closely monitor the exploitation and use process g. Inspect and evaluate the status and operating conditions of construction machinery and equipment at construction sites and projects . Promptly handle problems in operating machinery and equipment. Ensure equipment is stored safely.
- Control the shelf life and recommend maintenance, technical care to increase the life of machinery and equipment. Ensure the maintenance of normal operation, safety in operation and rotation. Responsible for premature deterioration of machinery and equipment due to lack of responsibility in management.
- Manage materials, machinery and equipment to ensure regulations on security, safety, and fire prevention. Monitor, update and report import - export - inventory (including at warehouses , construction sites and projects) according to regulations . Periodically and irregularly inspect the condition of machinery, equipment and materials. Organization of collection, preservation, rotation, Proposing liquidation of machines , tools, equipment that are about to expire or are damaged or of poor quality in accordance with the Company's regulations.
3. Develop documents, guide the application and manage the performance of management and rotation of machinery, equipment, tools and tools throughout the company. Report and warn about management violations during operation to the Board of Directors to direct the handling, minimize the risk of wear, loss, damage to machinery, equipment, and supplies .
4. Build, guide the application and control the process of managing machinery , equipment , tools . Coordinating supervision of leasing of machinery, equipment, tools and tools at construction sites (if any).
5. Manage, coordinate, recruit, train and evaluate the capacity of machinery and equipment operators .
6. Management, exploitation, use, lease of machinery and equipment that the Company owns/manages to ensure compliance with regulations .
7. Coordinating with Planning Department, Finance and Accounting Department in formulating consumption norms of fuel, machinery and equipment.
8. Report in detail the operation and consumption status of machines and equipment operating at each construction site .
9. Carry out the search and purchase of new equipment.
ten. Perform periodical/extraordinary reporting and other functions and duties at the request of superiors.
