Job description 1/ For the position of Sales Manager:
Formulate business strategy for the company.
Make a tour business plan for each period, time, season and be responsible for ensuring revenue for the company in each period.
Coordinating with the university department to plan and produce business products suitable to the tastes of tourists.
Making the most of the company's available potentials and strengths.
Motivate sales staff to complete well and exceed assigned targets.
Searching and exploiting customers who register for group tours, domestic / foreign tourists.
Receive information from customers, combine operators to program and consult tour programs to register tours for guests.
Supervise and be responsible for tour services, build good relationships with foreign partners, build new tours/routes, product policies, pricing policies to serve customers.
Transfer information to Sales staff and Operations department in charge of the route handling customer requests for the tour program.
Participating in the development of domestic and foreign tour and service business development strategies.
Allocate sales/business targets to employees and train, mentor, and evaluate employees.
Plan, organize, implement and supervise the development of affiliate channels and new customers.
Understanding all MICE, FIT, FnE services and domestic and foreign routes
Closing Sales
Periodic/extraordinary reporting to the leader and the Board of Directors.

2/ For NV sales position:
Receiving and handling, answering questions for customers when buying tours/services at the Company's VP.
Follow up, handle customer needs.
Search and exploit the market through Sales, Marketing channels.
Build tour program, calculate tour price.
Deploying sales of group tours and group tours effectively.
Consulting customers, transactions, signing and implementing contracts.
Ensure sales are achieved and drive sales according to desired targets.
Coordinate with the Executive Department to organize tours.
Taking care of customers before, during and after the tour takes place.
Transfer information to Sales staff in charge of the line
Understanding all MICE, FIT, FnE services and domestic and foreign routes
Closing Sales

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/Skills in detail
Graduated from University / College / Intermediate or higher, preferably in Tourism, Business Administration…
Minimum 1 year experience in similar position
Fluency in information technology office
Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills, clear wording
Plan and organize your work properly
Going on a business trip to take care of guests.
Honest, meticulous, proactive, responsible in work.
