Head of Architectural Design Department at Lam Dong - Tvtk đtxd Nguyên Phú

- Directly meet customers, consult, come up with ideas for site design, facade and building architecture (2D or 3D).
- Receive documents and allocate work to the design team to develop architectural drawings and construction technical drawings.
- Advise customers on issues related to architecture such as feng shui, colors, materials, designs of finishing materials and furniture...
- Participate in supervising project architects to ensure design ideas.
- Coordinate with other departments (structure, M&E,...) to check the compatibility of each project item and urge work to be resolved.
- Comply with the company's design processes and specialized regulations and standards.
- Manage and control the group's work progress.
- Manage and check drawings, ensuring accuracy before releasing to the construction site.
- Report work periodically to superiors.
- Follow other assignments from superiors.
