- Control & analyze work performance and make daily business results report of each employee in the group.
- Ensure that each employee's productivity is achieved as committed.
- Check CIC, loan documents before submitting to the system.
- Organize, analyze and track daily report for PM.
- Prepare commitments by day, week and month after team meeting.
- Make sure the employees have a clear understanding of the product/policy changes, contest programs and targets of each member.
- Arrange training schedule for members who are still poor in product and sales skills so that they can cope with the changing market.
- Conduct interviews to recruit new members and arrange training and support staff.
- Other tasks as directed by the Project Manager.
