Air House's recruits Contributors (CTV) to advise on renting rooms in Go Vap District
- Mode of receiving salary: commission received by deal, when the consultant's customer decides to rent a room, it is counted as 1 deal ( 1 deal average commission from 500k to 4 million depending on room value, transparent commission rate CTV will be calculated automatically in the room source group)
- How to work: CTV's job includes 3 jobs?
+ "Posting" the room on the facebook room rental groups (or maybe the posting websites (chotot, batdongsan.com, mogi, Phongtro123, if you have experience).
+ "Provide room information" such as price, area, address, interior condition... for interested customers.
+ "Appointment to see the room" CTV staff will be guided on how to make an appointment for customers to see the room, after making an appointment to see the guest, Air House's (AH) will have a SALE team to lead guests to see the room directly. That means CTV does not need to lead guests, just need to consult customers online, not limited in time, so he will be able to work anywhere (Not a scam :~ )
- The process of a successful deal:
1.CTV posts rooms for rent on facebook groups
2.Customers who find the post suitable for their needs should contact inbox or comment below with the post of CTV
3.CTV actively exploits guest information and sends the right room to the customer's needs
4.When guests see that the information meets the criteria, the CTV or the guest will actively want to go see it.
5.CTV makes an appointment with customers and sends information to AH
6.AH will have a Sales team to receive the appointment and automatically contact the customer to show the room
7. After the guest finishes viewing the room from 1am-2pm, the Sale will report back to AH about whether the guest agrees to rent or not. If you agree, we will send contract information to CTV, if not, we will notify CTV to send more suitable rooms.
- Income level can be achieved: from 3-7 million or more (But if you are a student or a part-timer in your free time, it is possible to earn enough money for meals and accommodation in the month)
- Difficulty level of work: My side has 1 youngest collaborator who is studying in grade 9, in the province, not Saigon, the first month of participation achieved 4 deals and a commission on the bag is 2tr9
