Job description:
- Ensure monthly targets are met.
- Actively seek and approach new customers who want to learn English (IELTS, children's English, general English, TOEIC, TOEFL, business English,...);
- Directly consult on English course products & perform customer care through interactive channels (telephone/ text/ zalo/ email/ chat/...) according to the available list of potential customers;
- Maintain contact, connection and care for existing customers and advise on future courses to current students;
